Best Airport(s) For EDC

McCarran International Airport (LAS)

How To Get From The Airport

Traveling from McCarran to Las Vegas is fairly simple: you either take an Uber or you take a cab. If you are going to the north end of the Strip (Mandalay Bay, Excalibur, Luxor) it will be about a 10 minute ride as that is the closest area to the airport. To the center of the Strip will be about 20 minutes and $20-$25. If you are going to Fremont / Downtown Las Vegas it is about a 30 minute drive and around $30 or so to get there by cab. You can snag a cab or Uber just outside the baggage area.

How Much The Trip To/From The Airport Will Cost

$10 to the North End of the Strip, $20 to mid-Strip, $30 to the South End (Wynn, Venetian, Stratosphere), $30-35 to Downtown Las Vegas

Cheapest Time To Book A Flight For EDC

Generally the cheapest time to book flights for EDC will be about six weeks before EDC. This means you should be focused on booking your flight in April 6, 2018. This may seem late to you planners out there, but statistically it's the cheapest time to book flights. That said, if this is too late for you book it earlier. One final note is that plane tickets for EDC tend to skyrocket about two weeks out, so certainly don't wait that long to book a EDC flight.
