Bonnaroo 2018 Presale Announced: What you Need to Know

Event Track / Bonnaroo / News & Rumors / Bonnaroo 2018 Presale Announced: What you Need to Know

Bonnaroo today announced their annual presale! Tradition will hold as Bonnaroo will have their presale on Black Friday, a tradition I rather enjoy. This means tickets will go on sale next Friday (11/24) at 10:00 a.m. EST. Here's everything (I think, if I missed anything comment below) you need to know about the Bonnaroo 2018 presale.

It Will Sell Out

Don’t wait too long to purchase passes to Bonnaroo if you are planning to do it during the presale. This is the best time to snag tickets for Bonnaroo, so there will be a lot of people going on to purchase Bonnaroo 2018 tickets.

It Is The Cheapest Time To Get Bonnaroo Tickets

Bonnaroo, like many music festivals, uses a tiered ticketing system: as one tier sells out the price will increase and they move onto the next tier. Presale is considered the first tier, and thus the absolute cheapest you will be able to get Bonnaroo tickets. If you are ballin’ on a budget get tickets during the presale.

It Won’t Be Around Long

The presale will only be around on Black Friday: decide quickly if you are purchasing or not.

The Prices

General admission passes are $274.50, which is a fantastic deal. Here’s the full pricing info for 2018 Bonnaroo tickets:

  • GA (4-Day) - $274.50
  • GA w/ Nashville Shuttle (4-Day): $554.50
  • VIP (Sold In Pairs): $1648.50
  • VIP w/ Shuttle: $1030
  • Platinum (Sold In Pairs): $5,000 & Up

VIP Is Sold In Pairs

Yes it’s weird, but Bonnaroo VIP comes in pairs. The only way to get one solo is if you are purchasing it with the Nashville shuttle.

Nashville Is Far

If camping isn’t your thing you do have the option to get a Bonnaroo pass with a shuttle from Nashville, the closest major city. That said the commute in is roughly an hour a day, so it’s not exactly convenient. Still, it is an option if you don’t want to be on the Farm and prefer a hotel for Bonnaroo 2018.
